EMERGENCY FUND

In 2001 Dan Monteith made a suggestion to the York Region Law Association Executive to establish a voluntary Emergency Fund to assist the York Region Law Association Members or their families in times of need. In 2002 this fund was put into place. Members can voluntarily add an additional $20.00 towards this fund when paying their membership dues.

Distribution of funds will be distributed in accordance with the fund criteria.
